Biography

Miren Edurne Antón Lobato is a lecturer in the World Languages and Cultures department at Howard University. She received her BA from Deusto University in Bilbao, Spain, and her MA and PhD from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her research focuses on online culture, with an emphasis on gender and identity representation through a cultural studies and feminist perspective.
