Biography

Tracey R. Holmes is the Program Manager for the Karsh STEM Scholars Program. She comes to Howard University from Baltimore City Community College where she most recently served as Academic Program Advisor for the Granville T. Woods Scholars Program and Dual Enrollment. Mrs. Holmes started her career in higher education in 2002 and remains dedicated to helping students reach their personal, academic, and professional goals through co-curricular programming and student development. Mrs. Holmes earned degrees in Teacher Education (AA), Communication Studies (BA), and Learning Design and Technology (MS). She is from Baltimore County, Maryland where she resides with her husband, two daughters, and cat.
