Biography

Dr. Thierry Lienou earned his Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science at Salisbury University in 2013, his Master Degree in Occupational Therapy at Howard University in 2015, and he obtained his Occupational Therapy Doctorate  with advanced competency in telerehabilitation, cultural responsiveness, and education from New York University in 2020. Dr. Lienou has clinical experience working with adults and older adults in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, subacute care, and long-term care. He also provides mentorship and fieldwork supervision to occupational therapy students.  Dr. Lienou research interests include telerehabilitation and program development with an emphasis on underserved and marginalized populations. Dr. Lienou holds multiple certifications, including the Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) and the Certified Aging-in Place Specialist (CAPS).
