TWStarnes (HOUSE ELECTRICIAN) has served the Theatre Arts Department for over 20+ years.

Mr. Starnes is a working professional as a Lighting Designer, Sound Designer, Projection Content Designer and Graphic Artist and is the recipient of the 2020 Helen Hayes Award for sound design.
