Sheeba Nadarajah

Biography

Dr. Nadarajah is a doctorally prepared faculty, graduated from University of Maryland, Baltimore. She is proud to be an alumni of Howard University, graduating from Post Masters Family Nurse Practitioner program. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Her research training includes predoctoral and postdoctoral training at the National Institutes of Health, Bethesda MD. Her philosophy of teaching is "anyone can learn," and "learning is lifelong". She is always looking for ways to improve students' learning experience. She is currently funded by HU RCMI to explore Walk4Memory program to improve cognitive function in older African Americans with mild cognitive impairment. She is active in the community helping home bound seniors. She enjoyes listening to music and loves cooking for her family and friends.
