Biography

Robin Williams, MD, FACS is an experienced and compassionate breast surgeon committed to providing comprehensive quality care to all patients with benign and malignant diseases of the breast.  

Dr Williams completed medical school at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and her general surgery training at Howard University Hospital Department of Surgery under the leadership of Dr. LaSalle D. Leffall, Jr.  

Dr. Williams joins the Howard University Faculty Practice Plan from Ascension Medical Group in Nashville, TN. Dr. Williams is a former Assistant Professor of Surgery at Meharry Medical School. She serves as Clinical Associate Professor and Director of Breast Surgical Oncology at Howard University Hospital and Howard University Cancer Center.  

Dr. Williams is a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons and the Association of Women Surgeons and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
