Biography

Dr. Li is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Howard University. He has been conducting research on computer networking, data analytics and machine learning. Currently, his research is supported by multiple grants from NSF and NASA. Dr. Li has been collaborating with colleagues from other departments and schools and advising students on applying machine learning to data analysis in various domains such as gene expression data, social media data and biological data.
