Biography

LaShandra currently serves as the Brand and Design Officer for the University. She is charged to conceptualize creative solutions that effectively communicate Howard University's brand in the form of marketing campaigns, print collateral and more. She is tasked to advances Howard's brand and voice by tailoring it to different audiences and communications platforms. She translates strategic intent into sophisticated communications and marketing materials that strongly position the University and distinguish it among other institutions.

She received her bachelor degree in Magazine Production from Florida A&M University. She has been at Howard University and a member of the Office of University Communication's team since 2007.
