Biography

Howard University Communications, alum JRC, is a communications and marketing professional who understands the power of messaging and uses creative, strategic approaches for cross-functional collaborations, networking, and implementing new initiatives to meet Howard University's organizational objectives.

In her former role as D&I communications specialist at the Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), she led the development and monitoring of cultural communications campaigns and narratives across various products, including recruitment, observances, advocacy campaigns, articles, and web content for program initiatives from inception to implementation.

Passionate about effective communications, Juanita hopes to extend that passion by helping Howard's Bison find their voice and amplifying it.
