Biography

Mr. Taylor began work at Howard University Science and Engineering Facility in 1998 as a Research Associate prior to joining the Office of Research team.

Mr. Taylor received his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Electrical Engineering from Howard University in Washington, DC.
