Biography

Innovative professional with over a decade of experience in the education and nonprofit sectors in the areas of communications, digital content, media, outreach, program management, event planning and nonprofit operations. A creator and strategist who produces content that engages, educates, and inspires with the goal of addressing social issues. An uncommon blend of creative talents, technical knowhow, graduate education and international experience working, studying and traveling throughout Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Currently, Ania works at the Center for African Studies at Howard University as the Communications and Digital Media Specialist, after receiving a master’s degree in African Studies from Howard and teaching at an international academy in Dakar, Senegal.
