Biography

Seanta Cleveland currently serves as an adjunct professor at Howard University lecturing on topics such as Athletic Training and First Aid & CPR in the department of College of Arts and Sciences. In addition to that, Ms. Cleveland is a member of the Trinity Washington University Athletics Staff where she serves as the Head Athletic Trainer and Director of Game Day Operations. Before joining the Tigers’ staff, Ms. Cleveland served as the head athletic trainer for the Atlanta Dream WNBA team for the 2015 season. Prior to that, Seanta Cleveland served as the Director of Sports Medicine at Howard University as well as serving on various university committees. Ms. Cleveland has a wide range of experience and is currently a BLS American Red Cross Instructor, a member of the National Athletic Trainer’s Association, a member of the District of Columbia Athletic Trainer’s Association and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
