Biography

Stephanie Reagan PT, DPT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 14 years of experience across diverse healthcare settings with a focus on clinical practice, regulatory compliance and healthcare operations. 

As Compliance Manager for Health Sciences at Howard University, Stephanie supports faculty, staff, and student compliance through training and education initiatives, while partnering with clinical and academic leadership to promote patient safety, institutional integrity, and adherence to applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.

Before joining Howard, Stephanie was most recently with Humana where she played an active role in several process improvement efforts aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of the utilization management program. She also served on the Therapy Advisory Council, representing and advocating for therapists across the organization. 

Stephanie earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Health Sciences and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA.
