Biography

Hammad Mohammad is an accomplished operations and maintenance professional with proven expertise in facilities management, capital project delivery, compliance, and quality assurance across higher education and public sector environments. As building manager at Howard University, he oversees facilities operations, preventive maintenance programs, and capital improvement initiatives, ensuring that complex building systems remain safe, efficient, and fully compliant with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Hammad has extensive experience leading capital projects from planning and budgeting through design, construction, commissioning, and transition to operations. He works collaboratively with architects, engineers, contractors, and institutional stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with sustainability goals.
