Donovan Griffin-Blake is an award winning, educational leadership professional with a background in K–12 education and student development. With experience spanning classroom instruction, academic leadership, and strategic outreach, she is committed to building strong educational pipelines that expand access to healthcare careers. At the College of Pharmacy, Griffin-Blake focuses on elevating the PharmD program through recruitment strategy, community engagement, and public-facing initiatives that highlight the evolving role of pharmacists in advancing health equity and improving patient outcomes. Her work bridges secondary and higher education, empowering students at every stage to pursue purposeful careers in healthcare and leadership.
