Biography

Certified Sexologist Chanel Marshall is an independent researcher, public speaker, mental health professional and sexuality educator focusing on the topics of sexual development, sexual attitudes and behaviors, and reproductive rights. Her research has been presented nationally at many prestigious conferences. At Howard, she will be utilizing her expertise in HIV, STIs, and adult education as the Mid-Atlantic AIDS Education and Training Center Senior Training Coordinator with the School of Pharmacy. Outside of work, Chanel conducts community workshops nationwide for all ages on subjects from safer sex practices to intersectionality in sex education.
