Biography

Aida Albania Tristán is a Lecturer of Spanish in the Department of World Languages and Cultures at Howard University. Her professional interests include language teaching, instructional design, educational technology, and technology-enhanced learning. She integrates digital tools and innovative instructional strategies into her teaching to support student engagement and language learning. Her scholarly work focuses on instructional design, e-learning, and teaching and learning in higher education. She is currently completing doctoral studies in Education, with her dissertation in progress. She is a member of the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL).
